Under its CSR initiative OTV Cares, Odisha Television Network continues to focus on infrastructure projects that directly enhance community well-being across Odisha. Recognising access to clean drinking water as a fundamental need, OTV Cares has taken a significant step by inaugurating 10 borewells and a water purifier in Sarua village. This initiative aims to address long-standing water scarcity issues in schools, temples, and key public spaces, benefitting hundreds of residents in the region.
The project reflects OTV’s commitment to providing practical and sustainable solutions to grassroots challenges. By ensuring safe drinking water is available year-round, especially during Odisha’s harsh summers, the installation not only improves daily life but also contributes to better health and hygiene in the community. It highlights the organisation’s proactive approach to identifying and addressing essential needs in rural and semi-urban areas.
With the inauguration of these facilities, OTV Cares reinforces its role as a partner in Odisha’s development journey. The initiative underscores the belief that corporate social responsibility is most impactful when it empowers communities and creates lasting change. By prioritising infrastructure projects like these, OTV Television Network continues to strengthen its bond with the people of Odisha, ensuring their welfare remains at the heart of its efforts.
