With all costs fully covered by OTV, the programme ensures that women from all economic and geographic backgrounds can participate. By removing financial barriers, it creates equal access to opportunities, enabling participants to overcome social and economic challenges with resilience and self-reliance.
In collaboration with IIG Varsity, the programme offers certified courses in Front Office Management. These certifications prepare women for promising careers in healthcare and hospitality, helping them step confidently into professional roles and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
