OTV Cares, through its Skill Development Programme, is dedicated to empowering women across Odisha by providing free, job-oriented training. With all expenses fully covered by OTV, the programme ensures equal access for women from every corner of the state, removing economic and geographic barriers that often limit opportunities. By opening doors to learning and growth, OTV Cares reinforces its commitment to inclusive development and grassroots empowerment.
In partnership with Centurion University, a specialised handloom tailoring course trains women from remote regions, equipping them with valuable skills to generate income and support their families. This collaboration reflects OTV Cares’ vision of nurturing entrepreneurship and fostering resilience among women who become agents of change within their communities.
