Empowering Women Through Skill: 60 Trainees Graduate Under IIG Varsity and OTV Cares Partnership

In a significant step towards empowering young women through skill development, OTV Cares, in collaboration with IIG Varsity, proudly announces the successful graduation of 60 trainees from its 45-day Skill Development Program. The initiative focused on imparting practical and employment-oriented training in General Duty Assistance and Front Office Management.

Launched in April 2025, the program was designed to bridge the gap between education and employment, equipping participants with the confidence and skills required to step into professional roles with self-assurance. These young women have not only completed their training but are now ready to embark on new journeys in healthcare and hospitality sectors, contributing meaningfully to their families and communities.

“This graduation is not just the conclusion of a training course—it’s the beginning of brighter, empowered futures,” said a spokesperson from OTV Cares. “We are proud to have played a part in building pathways to employment and dignity for these women.”

The program underscores OTV Cares’ commitment to social responsibility and inclusive growth, emphasizing real-world impact through strategic partnerships. The ceremony also celebrated the resilience and determination of the trainees, many of whom are first-time job seekers from underserved backgrounds.

OTV Cares remains dedicated to supporting meaningful initiatives that foster skills, confidence, and positive change across Odisha.
